Excel to PDF Converter
Convert Excel, CSV or ODS spreadsheets to a paginated PDF free — every sheet rendered as a clean grid. Private, in your browser, nothing uploaded.
About the Excel to PDF Converter
Turn a spreadsheet into a shareable, printable PDF. Every sheet in the workbook is rendered as a tidy grid of cell values across as many pages as needed, with the sheet name as a heading and a shaded header row. Choose A4, Letter or Legal and portrait or landscape to suit wide tables.
It is the quick way to send figures to someone without Excel, archive a snapshot of your data, or attach a read-only version to an email. The workbook is read with the SheetJS library entirely in your browser.
Cell colours, fonts, merged cells, charts and formulas are simplified to plain values — for a pixel-perfect layout, export to PDF from Excel or LibreOffice. Nothing is uploaded, and there are no watermarks or limits.
How to Use the Excel to PDF Converter
- 1Upload an XLSX, XLS, CSV or ODS file.
- 2Choose a page size and orientation.
- 3Click Convert to PDF to render every sheet.
- 4Download the finished PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which spreadsheet formats are supported?
XLSX, XLS, CSV and ODS files are all read in the browser with the SheetJS library. Each sheet in the workbook becomes its own set of pages in the PDF.
Why doesn't the PDF match my Excel formatting exactly?
The converter renders cell values as a clean grid rather than reproducing colours, fonts, merged cells, charts or formula results. This keeps the output consistent and lightweight. For pixel-perfect fidelity, use Excel or LibreOffice's own Export to PDF.
How are very wide tables handled?
Choose landscape orientation to fit more columns, and long cell values are truncated with an ellipsis so columns stay aligned. Very wide sheets are best exported from a desktop spreadsheet app.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. The workbook is read and converted entirely in your browser, so your data never leaves your device.
