Batch Image Resizer

Resize many images at once to the same width and height. Keep aspect ratio, choose JPG/PNG/WebP, and download all resized files as a ZIP. Free.

About the Batch Image Resizer

This batch image resizer applies the same dimensions to every image you select — perfect for product catalogs, photo galleries, email attachments and CMS uploads that all need a consistent size. Choose a maximum width and height, and every image is scaled to fit inside that box while keeping its aspect ratio (or stretched to the exact size if you untick the checkbox).

All resizing happens locally in your browser on an HTML canvas, so your photos are never uploaded anywhere. Files are processed one at a time with progress feedback, and the results table lists the new dimensions and file size for each image. Download them individually, or click one button to get a ZIP of the whole batch.

Output is available in JPG, PNG or WebP, with high-quality smoothing so downscaled photos stay crisp.

How to Use the Batch Image Resizer

  1. 1Select or drag in multiple images.
  2. 2Enter the maximum width and height, and tick "Keep aspect ratio" to fit images inside that box.
  3. 3Choose the output format and click Resize.
  4. 4Download single files from the table or the full batch as a ZIP.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I resize multiple images to the same size at once?

Select all your images, enter one width and height, and click Resize. With aspect ratio locked, each photo is scaled to fit inside that box; unlocked, every image is forced to the exact dimensions.

What does "keep aspect ratio" do exactly?

It scales each image proportionally until it fits inside your width × height box, so nothing gets distorted. A 4000 × 3000 photo resized to fit 1200 × 1200 becomes 1200 × 900 — the longest side matches your limit.

Will resizing reduce my image quality?

Downscaling with high-quality smoothing keeps photos sharp — smaller images actually look crisper on screen. Upscaling beyond the original size can't add detail, so avoid enlarging images significantly.

Are my photos uploaded when I resize them?

No. Everything runs in your browser using the canvas API. The images, and the ZIP file, are created entirely on your device.

Which output format should I choose?

JPG is smallest for photos, PNG preserves transparency and sharp graphics, and WebP gives excellent compression with wide modern-browser support. If you're unsure, JPG is the safe default for photographs.
